I'm sorry I can't help with information about the orchestral arrangement
beyond what has been given here.

However, I have made an arrangement myself of the Bagatelles for Clarinet
with String Quartet. If anyone is interested in performing this
arrangement, I would be happy to send you a copy (I am not legally allowed
to sell the arrangement, but I can distribute it). I have been told by
others that it works quite well in this setting. I am trying to get Boosey
and Hawkes to publishe the arrangement, but they seem disinterested. If I
do send any of you a copy, I would ask that you please write a letter to B
& H urging them to publish it.
