I didn't even know that the Bagatelles were scored for string orchestra.
I know about Finzi's clarinet concerto. I will be curious to hear more

Subject: [kl] Finzi Bagatelles with Orchestra
Hello!
Has anyone ever played the Finzi Bagatelles with String Orchestra (Stoltzman, don't answer!)?
I am interested in doing it with a local orchestra and would like to get a
score. I have seen some related threads in the past on this list, but no
definitive answers. I have seen the Web site for the arranger, Larry Ashmore
(http://www.musiciansgallery.com/start/arrangers/ashmore%28larry%29.htm) and may resort to calling him...but was wondering if anyone did the leg work ahead of me.
