I second that, and if you do too many tunes in one session it will also be
physically draining. You will be to tired to notice it then but it will show up
the next day when you listen to what you did. If you aren't paying big bucks for
studio time it is worth splitting up the tunes into several sessions, even a
lunch break will help.
