Walter,
I actually investigated this once for a Leblanc
bass clarinet. To do so would cost more than it's
worth. A better bet would be either to see if Buffet's
new neck is compatible with your older instrument
(contact Buffet, of course) or to buy the
"aftermarket" neck made by Charles Bay. They are
supposed to work just fine.
