I am currently dealing with this same nasty fingering--the tremolo in
measures 210-212 of the Berg _Adagio_.

This may not be possible in your situation but, in the Berg, one may opt to
play those last few bars on the A clarinet, thus making the tremolo from
B-natural to D-natural.
