Looking at the charts available to me, I don't think there is a way to get
the Db with the right hand side trill keys. It's just a bit too high.
However, this isn't too bad to play if you keep all the fingers of the right
hand on the holes and keys that you use to play the Db and simply move the
fingers of the left hand. Make sure that you are using the right hand
little finger to play Db not the left hand one. i.e. Use the key that is on
the lower level of the bank of four and is the one that is closer to the top
of the horn.
