For starters, try a Meyer 5M. It is a medium chamber, easy to control, and
can be used for multiple styles of playing.

Subject: [kl] Mouthpiece
hello people,
i'm new to this list, but wondered if i could get some advice on
mouthpieces. I'm a clarinet player but am currently looking for a new alto
sax mouthpiece. I use a Buffet R13 with a selmer C85 120 mouthpiece, and
have a keilwerth Sx-90 alto which i'm looking for a new mouthpiece, someone
recommended a Lakey 6*3, but i find it's a bit too uncontrollable for me.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. A friend also recommended a
Meyer, but i cant remember the facing or chamber opening they suggested.
Cheers,
Dave
