Subj: [kl] Korngold Concerto

Does anyone have a transposed to A clarinet part for the last movement (or
all) of the Erik Wolfgang Korngold Violin Concerto in D, Op. 35? The last
movement is playable on Bb, but just barely. Why didn't Korngold write the
part for A clarinet?
