Jay,
After you wrote the e mail, I remembered the Universal Clarinet Method. I
also started when clarinets were carved out with an axe and keys were forged
over an open flame by big harry guys wearing animal skins. I remember the
book from long years past. I do not know if that method book is still in
print or not. Since we have not seen it around, my guess would be that it is
no longer available.
