Last year when I first discovered the fingering chart that Natalie posted
the link to, I spent a lot of time the first few days in band trying to get
out B's and C's. My section leaded decided that I was playing way to high
for anyone's good, as all I was doing was "squeaking" and immediately
dubbed any note above F the "heckahighregister." The real fun came a few
days later, when we were playing a song and she heard some really high
squeaky notes and blamed it on me, until she listened more carefully and
discovered that her reed wasn't cooperating and she'd been squeaking the
whole time... it was pretty funny... anyway, I just thought that I'd
through that one in...
