woohoo! today was parent-teacher conference day, and my mom just walked in
the door to tell me that i'm not going to be challenged. she was talking to
my band director (you know what, i'm tired of having to type that out so i'm
just going to call him mr. b.) about how she didn't think it was fair that
she could challenge me into eternity like that even if i beat her twice. so
he said that i won't be challenged until after concert festival is over! and
i won't even be challenged with that same piece of music (or as it says on
our music P-Q <my new least favorite letters). i can finally take a break.
but i can't stop practicing, because P-Q *shudders in fear* must be worked
out perfectly for concert festival...
just thought i'd share my good news with the clarinet-world.
