If you read the site you'll see a number of artists mentioned.

While I had a list of performers at this time last year for the ClarinetFest
2000, it changed at least 25% between February and May, causing
consternation to some of the attendees who were planning to be there on
particular days. It was _way_ too tentative in February.

One of the dangers that I see with 2001 is that it may be too much
of a one-man show with too much emphasis on (expensive) tourism rather
than on breadth and depth of music. Last year I believe they already
had the tentative program on the web page.
I hope nobody is offended that I say this, but perhaps it doesn't
hurt for the-powers-that-be to hear one person's concern.
