Figuring that the typical cost of doing business based upon "Load" time is
anywhere from $85.00 per hour and upwards, 2 cents worth will allow you
less than one second of research time. This probably explains why most
advice is only worth 2 cents.

It`s a small contribution, but nevertheless worth considering. Others will
agree, but there will be other opinions also. Whatever it means, it will
