I can't remember who publishes it, but Gnarly Buttons is available *only* as
a rental. When they did it at USC a couple years ago, the soloist got the
music when the rest of the ensemble got theirs...

You may want to give the rental departments a call at Boosey & Hawkes and
Carl Fischer... If they don't rent it, they'd probably know who does.
