I asked Guy Legere about the availability of Legere Eb reeds. The Eb reed is currently undergoing testing. When Guy is satisfied with performance and strength calibration, along with generating some stock he will release the reed. He's expecting the release to be about 3 months from now.

The Legere Eb reeds you may have heard about were Bb reeds cut down to Eb size; Guy did those as a "special", and they weren't intended for general consumption.
