Now that I have listened to all of "Moshe Berlin & Klezmers Playing
Carlebach", I openly tout it as a CD worth buying.

The liner notes are written entirely in the Hebrew alphabet, so I
don't have the faintest idea what the pieces are. My ear tells me that
part of it is electronic and sequenced --- similar to what I imagine
that Anne Lenoir does --- but the clarinet and flute and trumpet and
piano are clearly acoustic (so far as I can hear).
Regardless, it's excellent music with the clarinet taking center
stage and truly 'singing' without sounding weird or trite. The next
time that you're in the mood to buy a clarinet CD, you ought to buy this
one (IMO and YMMV).
