It does indeed! My wife has one -- a little plastic number that is about
2/3 the length of a piccolo. It sounds remarkably like a piccolo, although
(thankfully) not nearly as loud. My cats are not fond of it, but my kids
think it's great.

I have relatively small hands; I wear a size 7 ring. (This is good for
playing Eb, not so helpful for some bass clarinets, bigger recorders,
english horns and Mark VI saxophones.) The hole spacing on the garklein is
so small, though, that I have problems with it; I wonder how people with
average-size hands can cope.
