Although I myself have not encounter such dental troubles (they aren't
that far off...every few months, my wisdom teeth remind me that they
should be pulled...), the only thing that I could imagine would consist of
losing the tooth altogether, and having a partial to replace it. From
what I understand, partials and full dentures are not uncommon among
clarinetists - didn't Marcellus himself play on dentures?
