That would be one recipe. Another one came out on the list a couple of
years ago:

1/4 lb. paraffin
2 3.75 oz. jars of Vaseline
1/8 cup mineral oil
Peppermint oil, wintergreen oil, etc., as desired.

I still have the ingredients, as I never got around to making it, but I got
a sample of it from someone else (I still have plenty!) and it works
fine. Playing around with the paraffin, Vaseline, and mineral oil amounts
adjusts the consistency. Basically, if you add menthol to this, you have
Chapstick.
