Hi Rob,

I have played it ( a few times with lots of pleasure) with (symphonic) wind
ensemble (band). I had an arrangement by C. Lhomme. You can buy it at
Molenaar´s Muziekcentrale:

Use the searchengine on that page. You even will get an audio sample of the
above mentioned arrangement!
