It may be possible that your left index finger may be
accidently touching the G# key, or that one of your fingers
may be not centered on the tone hole; it also may be the
thumbhole, because your thumb is dividing its atention
between the register key AND your thumbhole. Your thumb may
not be covering the thumbhole as well, while pressing the
reg key!
