I can reassure you that I did not forward your personal email to Lelia.
I mentioned to her in the course of conversation about the possibility
of her returning to the list that you said she had said in her post to
the Forum that the two persons in question were 'similar'.

And surely it would not be unreasonable to assume that the other
recipients of your email might spread your version of the matter in a
like fashion, without violating your copyright. People are interested
in Lelia, because they like what she writes. If she disappears, they
want to know why.

Anyhow, thanks to Lelia's post to Usenet, the facts of the
non-comparison are now clear.

The point is: without it, they wouldn't have been.
