There are a couple of editions available where the piano part has been
transposed so that the original clarinet part works on Bb clarinet. I think
the idea of such an edition was for the student to learn the original part
on the Bb and then not have to learn the concerto in another key when he or
she finally bought an A clarinet. International Music publishes it: you
will probably have to special order it from a music store. Of course, if
you are an advanced enough clarinetist to be performing the Mozart concerto,
you should consider purchasing an A clarinet (and E major shouldn't scare
you either).

E Major sure scares me for playing the Mozart on Bb Clarinet, and having it
lay in E major. I believe that the pitch played on the Clarinet as to the
tonal timbre of the notes played (fingering) is more important then the
actual sounded pitch.
It's to me the lesser of the 2 evils. Slippery slope I know, but for
someone without an A Clarinet, it is the way to go.
The Nielsen on the other hand should never, ever even be practiced on Bb ;)
