In order to answer your question about a Gran Partitta recording, you
must find out which edition the conductor intends to use. The Moise
recording, for example, was done from the old Breitkopf & Hartel edition
of 1875 which has been superceded by the edition published by
Barenreiter. And the differences between the are not trivial in the
least. In dynamics alone, there are about 900 differences in the
placement and/or intensity of the dynamics, about 50 changed notes, a
dozen or so changed rhythms, and a MAJOR question about getting to the
coda in the fifth movement.

Please indicate which of the four clarinet parts you will be playing,
and from a personal point of view, where will the performance take
place?

I mention the edition differences not to be in favor of one or the
other, only to let you know that if you practice from a recording made
using the old edition and an old edition practice part, and then
rehearse and perform the new edition, you are going to be all sixes and
sevens. It is not that I don't have a preference, but that is
unimportant. You want a recording to match the edition you will play
and that gives rise to practical issues.
