what is the equivalent Major on Piano (key of C) to the F Major on Bb
Clarinet?

To get from Bb clarinet to piano, you are moving the printed
clarinet music up two semitones. (C - Bb = 2 semitones)

The key of F Major + 2 semitones becomes the key of G Major, or one
sharp.

Then you need to move every note in the printed clarinet music up by one
line or space (one 'note name'), and keep your eyes open for accidentals
which need to end up exactly two chromatic semitones above their
original position after taking the two key signatures into account.

Cheers,
Bill
