Subj: [kl] J.C. Denner (?) Clarinet on eBay

There's what is described as a J.C. Denner clarinet on eBay at
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item@-----.

The description is preposterous:

"This auction is for an early JC DENNER CLARINET. This instrument is made of
wood and has four Ivory rings. The clarinet measures 19 inches in length. It
has six brass covered padded keys. In the 1840's the key system also called
the Boehm system, which is the design of brass covered padded keys, was
adapted for the clarinet.I believe that this clarinet was made in the Denner
factory. There is a small surface crack in the bell. The condition of this
clarinet is very good."

The photo shows and instrument in C, or maybe D, with a distinctly swelled
barrel, a probably modern mouthpiece and a Bonade inverted ligature.

Any opinions on what it might be? Given the idiotic description, who knows?
