Josh,
If you mean actually humidifying the practice room with some kind of
electric humidifier - it'll probably mean more to your respiratory tract
than to the clarinet, but go ahead, so long as the humidifier isn't making
the clarinet and your music damp (which can cause trouble with pads and
springs, not to mention the paper the music is printed on). If you mean
humidifying the case with Dampits or orange peels, I'd say (my own opinion)
that you probably don't need to do anything about humidity if you aren't
getting loose rings. The basic principle I've usually followed is "If it
ain't broke, don't fix it."

BTW, over-humidifying a practice room with a piano in it can cause real rust
problems in the piano. Check with a competent piano tuner before you do it.
