Awhile back someone posted a message mentioning the book "The Inner Game
of Tennis." I did a search on Yahoo and discovered the author's Web
site, www.theinnergame.com, where there are now a whole series of "Inner
Game" books, including "The Inner Game of Music."

I have a lot of problems with stage fright, fear of screwing up, losing
focus at the wrong times, etc., so it sounds like this book might offer
some good advice. Has anyone else read it? Was it helpful? Worth
buying?

Thanks!
