A question for one of the techs out there: When you specify (say) a 10.5
mm pad, is that measured at the maximum diameter, or at the smaller
diameter which fits the cup? I won't prejudice the answer by saying which
way I guessed, other than that it seems to have been wrong. (Or there was
a picking error at Farree's.)
