Yes. Exactly.

But i want to clarify an important point of your synopsis
>I think about both at once.<
Clearer meaning: focus one, focus other, refine and combine.

One of the reasons that we can get so confused, tense and frustrated is
trying to do *tooo* many things at once. The article that i sent to Stan
Geidel for OCR (but not yet published) has examples of practice routine
that may make this concept clearer, although the focus in the article is
on the physical and mental aspects.
