Actually, from what my recruiter has told me and what the Ft. Jackson
Bandmaster Chief Brazier has told me, they are offering more incentives for
Clarinetists than for Paratroopers, you only get a $150 jump pay, and that's
only when you're considered "Active" or in a unit that is a paratroop. Like
the 82nd or the 101st divisions. But they're so short on reeds right now
they're offering rather good incentives or sign-on bonuses! Whoopie! =)
