Yes, I have copies of both (and all Kell's commercial recordings).

The 78s set with the London Philharmonic Orchestra
conducted by DR Malcolm Sargeant (album 34B) was issued in
Britain in June 1940, with notes "About the Clarinet" and a Tovey-style
analysis of the concerto (clarinet part music examples written at
concert pitch) - in two forms:
consecutive sides and auto HMV C 3167-70 and C 7543-6.
It was something of a miracle considering how badly the two got along.
Kell walked out of Sargeant's rehearsals at least twice.
"Are you not going to play with us, Mr Kell?"

Allegro sides 1-2-3,
Adagio sides 4-5,
Rondo sides 6-7,
Schumann Fantasiestuecke Op 73/1 side 8 - with Gerald Moore

The Zimbler Ensemble had no conductor. Its recording was issued
in Britain in October 1956 as a 10 inch LP (Brunswick AXL 2002)

Side 1 = M1
Side 2 = M 2+3

and March 1957 with the Brahms Trio as a 12 inch LP (AXTL 1071)

[N.B. Brooks Smith died in California at 88, on 31st October 2000
He was Heifetz's accompanist and recorded with Kell 2 unre-issued
LPs for Decca DL 9926 and 9941]
