Well, I was going to send it to you, but a student emailed me (who is on
the list) and asked if she could borrow it. She is starting to get angry
from reading some of the posts. I told her to unsubscribe for awhile, but
alas, my book (which really has been sitting for almost 9 years) will be
loaned!
