Err,

Well.. yes.. I confess..as a student from twenty years ago, who
maintained her first chair, throughout elementary school and starting
Junior High, who had her love of music ripped away by an evil mother
looking to profit from the quick sale of a disposable instrument (in her
mind). Who now today, is once again possessing her truest love in the
form of a Vito II VSP (educate me people), at the age of thirty two and
who was excited to remember how to play Hot Cross Buns. Who dreamed of
many missed concerts.

I can honestly safely say, that I heard my clarinet calling to me many
times over the years, and alas, was unable to find my lost friend, so now
with my new friend, I join you all, and ask for your guidance and
direction, in what will surely be a long, arduous, journey back into the
fold.

Hi. My name is Jennine, and I am sooooooo Happy to be here! I got my
clarinet yesterday (doing the boogie)

I wanted a Nice Professional, but my checkbook screamed plastic, so I
compromised and did the VSP anyone got any insight on this particular
model? Also, I was thinking of buying a Vandoren mouthpiece, but I wonder
if that is necessary, I understand the bore on this piece is similar to
the Buffet 13? And the sound is excellent. I am sure the sound would be
excellent if one of you had her in your arms!

I never progressed far, but I think I had talent. Can anyone offer some
insight into how to progress accurately. I can already tell, I am getting
lazy with my counting, and pauses.

Anyway..

Nice to meet you
