I can't tell you what you asked, but an interesting item:

It's listed as a Buffet clarinet marked G.L. Otterell. G.L. Otterell is
listed as a "trade name employed by the Progressive Musicial Instrument
Company for instruments imported from La Couture" (from The New Langwill
Index). So, while it very well may be a Buffet, I'd make sure to ask the
seller how they determined the manufacturer.
