I grew up with an Oehler system clarinet, and changed to Boehm later on.

It's just the opposite:
I'm still so much used to the left pinky Eb/G# key (almost a standard on
Oehler system clarinets?)
but I have a lot of trouble to utilize the left C key of the Boehm system as
it's not there on Oehler clarinets.

I'm just the opposite. I looked at the question, fingered it in my mind,
and wondered what the fuss was about. It has become totally instinctive to
use my alternate Ab/Eb key in situations like those. I guess I'm spoiled.
I know a lot of players who simply can't get used to it, and many have
had it removed from their instruments altogether. And if you don't have
the key at all, then the options are as have already been indicated
(either slide, or do a quick switch from right to left pinky on the
low F, freeing up the right pinky to hit the conventional Ab/Eb key).
