The original collection, using B-natural and starting on A, might be called
"major harmonic," following the lead of Vincent Persichetti's _Twentieth
Century Harmony_ which employs ad hoc labels based on traditional names for
the scale's tetrachords; thus: A B C# D (major) E F G# A (harmonic). (Dr.
Lacy, was the Persichetti the source of your information? The "Hungarian
minor" is one of the scales in his inexhaustive survey.)
