Once over the phone, a fellow clarinet player played me a recording of some Rose etudes with piano. Someone wrote accompaniments and there is a resulting CD. I did not hear much since he was laughing hysterically. But I got the impression that the recording and playing was OK. So it is out there. If no one on the list knows about this recording, you can write to Richard at HawkinsRG@-----.
