How come I never run across recordings of the Rose Etudes ? Am I looking in
the wrong places or (since these Etudes are considered
educational-developmental exercises) are these not considered worthy of
being recorded? I find that there are some tremendous melodies included in
these great Etudes. I play some of them over & over because they are so
*beautiful* to me.

(Could it be that nobody can agree on exactly how they should be played &
recording would be an argumentative undertaking? --- Gee, I'd like to hear
Jon Manasse or Tony Pay play the Etudes).

Thanks for any info.
