Any clock repair shop should have it. It's a bit pricey, but lasts a long
time. As I understand it (and any of the techs can correct me if I'm
wrong) clock oil is made for exposure to air, without evaporation of
separation which would make the oil become gummy, and thus stop
lubricating and start making a mess! I don't know about Selmer Rotor oil.
I've also had a repair tech use 10W motor oil, and our local resident
bassoon repair tech uses axle grease in some of the larger pivots on
bassoons. Once in an emergency he used it on the pivot at the bottom of
the E/B key, and that key was very quiet and moved well for a long time!
