Anne,

You are welcome. I know that I personally have a tendency toward
bulldozing - but I try to restrain - reading a book always helps you
recognize things in yourself you want to change. I don't feel I have any
sniping qualities at all - thankfully.

May your holiday season be wonderful - free from bulldozers and snipers!
