This is probably very good, but may not be generally available. Even basic
commercial key oil is better than nothing, I think. Too few people bother
to oil their keys at all! That's what I generally use on soprano
clarinets, but for my saxophones and bass clarinet, I have been using one
type of Selmer rotor oil, which is much thicker and comes in one of those
"nifty needle applicators" David mentions. It is very good for quieting
noisy mechanisms, too.
