Your statement about extra stuff loaded onto WebTV messages catches
me by surprise, Lelia. I'm on WebTV, and I don't see anything extra
from my end. Could you describe it for me?

As for quoting excerpts, it can be done (I do it), but it _does_
require a significant amount of extra machinations beyond what is
required on a 'real computer' with complete editing functions.
