But I *don't* gain up to 25% lung capacity, as I just explained.
Neither does my son (who just tried it). (Unless 0% counts as 'up to
25%':-)

So the 'you' in that last sentence certainly doesn't apply if either of
us takes it in its usual way.

Did you try it yourself, Terry? How about the rest of you?

I don't understand this.

Of course, you do what you want. I play the Mozart concerto sitting
down, and the Bartok Contrasts standing up. But that's for other
reasons than breath capacity.
