the cheapest I found at WW&BW has elastic like below. As I did not
know what I was doing, I got it instead of the fancy one. =20
Prognosis: With the elastic neck strap, and keeping my elbow in
I eliminated the forearm pain, mostly. =20
A side benefit is that my embouchure is now consistent, and not
as dependant on how tired/hurting my right hand/arm/elbow is!
I am keeping it, at least until the elastic stretches too long!
