Who did you talk to over there? If you didn't get satisfaction from the
folks who answer the 800 lines (and I think it's not necessarily reasonable
to expect those particular folks to be technical experts on all the lines
they sell), I would suggest going directly to exec VP John Musselman, who's
well-known to darn well *find* an answer when someone has a problem. Or
going to prez Leon Pascucci would be an answer, too. I simply can't believe
that nobody over there knows how to set up one of their own instruments, nor
can I believe they would they want you to walk away thinking their
instruments are "stupid".
