I'm not sure that I would agree totally regarding Peplowski. He has, to a
degree, been type-cast by marketing agents. I know he feels that some bookers
are interested only in the 'recreation' styles, whereas his capabilities are
much broader. He has played happily with some avant-guard NY groups.
