Why can't you brush your teeth at school? I think if you put your mind to
it, you could come up with way and means to do it. Toothpaste is available
in small "travel" tubes and toothbrushes are available in travel
configurations with caps for bristles. If there just isn't enough time
between classes, at least do the best possible job of rinsing out your mouth
with lots of warm, fresh water.

In other words, I totally agree with Neil.

Also, if the rehearsal facility has a utility basin and running water, wipe
down your reed under warm running water before returning it to the reed
clip.
