Hi Tony,
When I first started playing I got a pain in my outer elbow, kind of a
pulsing sharp pain, only when I played. I just kept stopping playing and
resting for a bit and after a month or so it went away. I always play
sitting down though, maybe you could try that for a bit.
Hope you're not getting to wet down there in the South.
