Up until recently my company had an office right across the street from the
WW&BW Manhattan store. Our main office, where I work, is in the LA suburbs,
but I had several business reasons for going to NYC. It was great to bring
mouthpieces with me and get to try out various instruments.

People that work there are nice, the tryout rooms are great. They don't
have everything in the catalog, and I'm sure nowhere near what they have in
South Bend, but still they have quite a lot.

Sam Ash in NYC was a big disappointment to me, not that much difference from
the Sam Ash two miles from my house in Canoga Park. Most of the Manhattan
stores are noisy, crowded and not that great. The WW&BW store at least
isn't noisy and crowded, and it's pretty good.
